CASE Study Challenge #200

Hello, I am stopping in to share a card I made for this week's Case Study Challenge. Here is this week's inspiration:

I made this card for a close friend of mine who is moving away for a year so her husband can go to school in another city. I am also planning to give her a small package of cards so that she can stay in touch with friends and family.

For this card I used PTI's Ruby Rose stamps and dies along with Scribble Circles. The sentiment is from PTI's Phrase Play #4.
